What does the ticket price include?
The ticket price includes your admission to both days of the conference (Friday & Saturday), as well as lunch, coffee, tea, and snacks each day.
What are my parking options at the event?
Parking is available at the Ayres Hotel for $10 a day.

Are ID or tickets required to enter the event?
A valid photo ID will be required for everyone at the event. The name on your ID must match the name you registered with. If the registration was transferred to you, please contact us to confirm we have your correct information no later than October 13th, 2017. It’s a good idea to have your registration confirmation email handy (by phone or printed) on the day of the conference as well.
Can I be a speaker at the HCC Conference?
If you’re interested in speaking at our conference, please submit the form here. HCC Members will receive priority consideration.

What's the Refund Policy?
All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee, which will be subtracted from your refund total. Refunds will be issued up to September 30th, 2017. You may transfer your registration to someone else by October 13th, 2017. To transfer your registration, please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org with the full name, email address, and phone number of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to. Transfers will be accepted until October 13th, 2017. Cancellations received after September 30th, 2017 will result in forfeiture of your entire registration fee.
