Why Have a Business System?

with Tina Phillips, Trainer with Trustpoint Management Group, a Sandler Corp.

Why Have a Business System? Tina Phillips, Principal, Sandler Training, Trustpoint Management Group, LLC. Every business owner is usually looking for ways to optimize their processes and procedures. Typically the area of a business that gets over looked is the business development area. In this talk we will discuss the importance of having a system when it comes to business development and what controls it gives the business owner to have a system. You will learn:

· A proven system for closing business without discounting, un-paid consulting and long sales cycles.

· How your childhood is impacting your sales results.

· Understand how your current thinking is keeping you from really succeeding.

· And most importantly learn what changes need to be made to make business development fun.

As a Trainer and Coach for Trustpoint Management Group, Sandler Training, Tina uses her passion for helping others as she guides companies and individuals in reaching their professional growth goals. She specializes in working with leadership who are frustrated with the amount of new business they are bringing in on a consistent basis.  They are seeking a systematic approach for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business without giving away “unpaid consulting” to prospects who say they want to “think it over” then stop returning phone calls.   She also helps companies who need direction in hiring and managing “A players” and developing strong leadership teams, who have previously thrown away too much time and money on the wrong people or the wrong strategies.
