Our primary purpose is to connect people to holistic, natural and eco-friendly products, services and solutions through the professionals, practitioners, business owners and resource providers who provide them.
We also connect people to holistically-minded business support professionals and services so that they can help more people in effective and financially sustainable ways.
We are committed to promoting our members’ financial, emotional, physical and spiritual health and wealth. We do this through a community of people who, in education and sharing, benefit from the open exchange of best holistic health, lifestyle and business practices. We respect all people and the environment in which we all live.
How do you define holistic? Do you consider yourself holistic... in your approach to health, lifestyle and even business? We believe that everyone starts wherever they are and then moves along the spectrum to more sustainable ways of health, living and doing business. Still, there are key items to consider.
- Do you take a balanced approach to making decisions, considering both long-term consequences and short-term results?
- Do you evaluate the personal impact of your actions as well as the impact on others?
Many of our members’ focus on choices that are:
- Organic & natural
- Green & sustainable
- Complementary & Integrative
Our vision is for healthier people on a healthier planet!
We have a two-fold mission:
- To connect more people with holistic solutions for solving today's challenges, and;
- To connect holistic professionals, practitioners, and businesses with better business-building solutions.
We do this by:
- Educating the public and promoting holistic solutions, especially our Professional Members;
- Representing holistic professionals, practitioners, and businesses who stand for excellence and integrity through their membership and by submitting references (which we check);
- Offering support to Professional Members who choose to start a local HCC through our Chapter President program.
Does penicillin always work? No. The reality is that every individual is different and will respond differently.
The Holistic Chamber of Commerce stands for excellence among holistic, complementary, alternative, and sustainable professionals and practitioners. All Professional and Business Members of The Holistic Chamber of Commerce have submitted references, which The Holistic Chamber of Commerce has checked. Membership in The Holistic Chamber of Commerce is not a specific endorsement of any particular member, medication or modality, only that there have been satisfactory reference checks. The information contained on this website is for informational purposes only, and should not be used to replace professional medical advice.

In order to raise the reputation of what it means to be holistic and to make solid referrals to people who may be trying new products or services, we review references to ensure a high quality of professionalism and service.
The length of time it takes to get approved greatly depends on the response time of your references. Your references receive an email when you submit your application. If they reply quickly, your membership will be approved quickly. If they haven’t replied to that email within a few days, they will get a phone call. If our Reference Reviewer can’t reach one of your references, she will then get in touch with you to figure out how to move forward. Some of our members have been approved in as little as 2 - 3 days. Others take a few weeks. It is helpful to contact your references and remind them to reply to the reference email or call our office.
