As the holiday season have passed by and we begin to think about 2018 and our goals for our community, our clients and our businesses, let's celebrate together, network and share things we are grateful for.

About Chapter President, Lynne Wadsworth:
Lynne Wadsworth is the Founder and Owner of Holistic Health & Wellness, LLC. She is an AADP Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Health Coach and Certified Wellness Cooking Instructor. Her passion is seeing people change their lives for the better through healthy living. She is a published author and contributor to several well-known blogs. She believes in an holistic approach to health issues, weight management, stress management and migraine headaches. She is available for speaking, coaching and consulting. Finding solutions to today’s challenges, helping people live a happier and healthier lifestyles, and helping women with chronic headaches and migraines is her passion. She is also a teacher at the University of South Florida, where she teaches health and wellness to seniors.
